Just how important is Fashion?

Do you only shop for the most expensive designer

labels, even tho perhaps you have not paid your

bills... or

Are you happy to wear casuals or nicely made

clothes at reasonable prices.?

What do our clothes and shoes tell others about

us, and our life style.?

Would you wear last seasons/years clothes next

year, or do you either throw them away or

give them to those in need or other people, as

each fashion becomes out of fashion?

Just why do some people go for the most

expensive Brands?

a lot of persons think i'm better and beautiful if i use designer clothes but sometimes dey dont have money for essential food and roof,u can have nice clothes for a rasonable price not to spend almost a small fortune in designer labels.

Some people feel the label is so important that they will
even get into debt just so they can wear these clothes.

In the meantime, the more important bills are left unpaid.

Some people feel so good in the labelled clothes, they
begin to feel like demi Gods. They even look down on
people who do not wear the same style as they do.

I think one can look good and smart in ordinary clothes.
Label is just a name!!

Infact there are many tailors and seam mistresses that
can make better looking clothes than these so called
designer names.

I think labelling has to do with brand name. we all buy brand which is the mistake we all made sometimes. However, some brand  are of good quality why some are not. I remember hings undines (Pants and Singlet) brand in Nigeria in those days no matter how you wash it its always whiter.

I agree with you, there are very good quality brands that we go for, which is a good thing.

Then again we have those names like Gucci etc. which some people
cannot afford. Yet you find them getting into debt, just so they can
be fashionable, especially imitating the so called Hollywood stars.

Even when they can find the same type of garment at a cheaper
price they will not buy it, simply because it does not have the
designer label attached to it.
