The second commandment here given is making unto you grauen images. Which in the context has to do with worshipping images , bowing down to them or serving them. Given in Exodus 20:4 and 5. Which is making an idol to worship and serve instead of God our creator.And , Who changed the truth of God into a lie , and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator : who is blessed for ever: Amen. Romans 1: 25. So since lost mankind didnt want the truth of God they turned the truth about God into a lie and then started to worship what God had made instead of God himself. Which also caused them to go into more and more other sins. So not believing God causes people to go farther in sin that brings death both physical and spiritual in hell forever where is weeping and knashing of teeh and the smoke of their torment ascendeth up forever and ever. And in 1 Thessalonians 1:8 to 10 , Paul to the believers there wrote of them , in verse 9 b , and how ye turned to God from idols to serve ...God. Sincerely , George
