In Exodus 20 , the fourth commandment given to Moses to give to the people was , Remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy. This command was a covenant between God and the Jewish people. And the sabbath was made for man and not man for the Sabbath day later Jesus Christ said. They were though to primarily remember the day and the emphasis was to be on remembering the covenant between God and the Jewish people which is on Saturday but real Christians celebrate the first day of the week or Sunday as their day to meet. And keeping the Sabbath day can also never save a persons soul from hell but one is saved by grace through faith in the finished work of the Lord Jesus Christ on the cross of Calvary 2000 years ago as the one sacrafice for sins forever which is not of works lest any many should boast. Ephesians 2:8-9 , Titus 3:5. Sincerely ; George ,
