And after God had given the commandments to give to Moses to give to the people they were in fear and didnt want God to speak to them any furthur from the mighty thunderings and lightnings and the words of God spoken they were then in the fear of God . And this is what God wanted so they would be obedient to him and be blessed because of it. So we all should fear the LORD God who created us and gave us his Holy word. Which is a good thing. Since it also causes us to start having the beginning of wisdom in our lives. Which is not worldly wisdom that doesnt want to know God but the wisdom which is of God and the wisdom that comes from only God. So let us fear him and love him by turning to Jesus Christ as our personal Saviour and trusting him for his gift of God which is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Since the wages of sin is death and eternal life is through faith in him for new life in Christ. He said , I am the way , the truth , and the life ; no man cometh unto the Father but by me.
