IMPROVING OUR EDUCATION SYSTEMS

 WE NEED TO IMPROVE OUR EDUCATION SYSTEM IN NIGERIA  BY MAKING SURE THAT THE RIGHT TEACHER IS BEEN EMPLOYED TO TECHER THE RIGHT SUBJECT BY SPENDING MORE MONEY IN OUR EDUCATION, SO THAT THIS CAN HELP ALL THE COMMUNITY  WE HAVE IN NIGERIA   BY BUILDING MORE SCHOOL,  AND GIVE THEM THE MATERIL THEY NEED BY DIONG THIS IS WILL MAKE MORE CHILDREN  WANT TO GO TO SCHOOL AN DALSO EDUCUATE THE PARENT WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO GO TO SCHOOL AND ALSO MAKE SURE THAT THE TEACHER ARE PAID WELL SO THAT THEY WILL NOT BE COLLECTING MONEY FROM STUDENT

i strongly agree with u Ebenezer, nigeria needs a new and improved education system or nigeria will be growing older for the worst instead of for the good.....

Ebenezer,

You made a lot of valid points.

I only wish they could make all schools the same standard.

The government needs to look at other countries, and see

how well the schools are being run.

Nigeria needs to stop wasteing money on *arms* and instead

divert that money to setting up new, modern schools.

By now schools should have computers, free books etc.

Fair enough, as done overseas.. the schools can ask for

a voluntary contribution. If and only if Parents can afford to,

they may make a small donation each term or each school year.

There should be no pressure to  make a small donation.

Every child should be able to have a place at nursery school.

Those 2 years before infant /primary school are so vital.

I could go on and on but let us see how this forum develops,

and I will continue to contribute my thoughts.
