Most chatrooms do not allow advertising. It is seen as taking their chatters
away and leaving an empty room. It is just one of those internet rules.
Having said that most will be happy to exchange banners and links with
other sites, but for a chatter to go in and start dropping the link is called
spamming, and you will be kicked out and in some cases, your isp will
be blocked.
