Who shud teach sex education
« on: September 02, 2006, 01:13:20 AM »
What do you all think?

Who should teach our children sex education

teachers and schools or parents?

Do you think it is strictly down to parents

or should both schools and parents be

involved?  What ages should sex education be introduced?

I think its the responsibilities of Guardian and I simply count both parents and teachers as one.
When they are School the Teachers should handle it, When at home parents Should do that.

I agree. But you know what, some parents

shy away from communicating the truth

about sex and relationships to their children.

I often ask myself why, what is the big deal?

Why do some act as if  the word sex is taboo

to utter? I think a child should be *spoon fed*

the amount they need to know at that given

point in time. Plus parents need to show an

interest in what their children are up to. This

is one of the best ways to know when to step

in with timely guidance and advice.
